Another man with gang ties has been charged with violating a firearms prohibition in connection with a Dec. 19 trip to a Port Coquitlam gun range.
Donggu Kevin Woo was arrested in Richmond Tuesday and charged for allegedly target shooting last month, Sgt. Lindsey Houghton, of the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, said Wednesday.
Woo, 25, is well-known to police, Houghton said.
